Who’s in?? I posted on the forum! We are doing an astral travel experiment with anyone who wants to participate! We will be talking about it on our radio show this Wednesday.
(BTW this has nothing to do with bears, in case you were wondering, I just threw that in the title :-) )
Martin will be doing a meditation with us (me, Wes and Denise) this weekend to have an OBE and or astral travel session. Anyone who is interested in participating have to be registered on the site because that is where we will be discussing our experiences AND that is the only way to get the meditation for free! The meditation cd will be on sale with Martin’s other cd’s.

Here’s the dealio, what I mean by “group” OBE’s is that we each do it when ever we can to start and report back on the forum on our experiences. I plan on making this an ongoing thing. Maybe I’ll have Martin start a new section on the forum just for this.
Those that want to participate and use Martin’s OBE meditation cd can download it for free if you are a registered member of healive.org which gives you access to the forums. He will be recording it this weekend and will have it ready for download soon (hopefully asap!) for those who want to use it. I know others already have cd’s they use for this. So if you are already astral traveling, then lend your techniques to us who are still learning how to do it. ALL of this will be going on in the forums so there is no set time right now.
On the radio show this week, will be discussing OBE’s and astral travel and what the difference is. What are the benefits or any questions you may have.
SO there is no set time for this yet, do it when ever you can and join the conversation in the forums!! As we get the hang of this maybe we will set a time to “meet up” on the astral plane all together and finally meet each other! :-D We can keep this as an on going thing & have different times that we’ll all do the meditation together & meet in our astral bodies. I know mine is thinner!! LOL
Does this make more sense now? So let’s meet on the forums and get some dialog going and get the seasoned travelers to help out us newbies! :-D Swati is one seasoned! Dumari is another altho I don’t know if she is registered here or not yet.
We will be doing our astral travel & or OBE meditation today. So I will be in the forums discussing my results as will be Denise a little later on.
We have a friend we talked about opening an astral travel agency with years ago. I wish I could remember everything we said because it was funny as hell! We were ROFLOAO we were so funny!

Btw, Dumari had an OBE this early morning. She will try it again tomorrow morning for her, and night for me, and if successful, she’ll visit me.

Thank you for the clarification. I had an OBE experience after I had a session with Martin last Monday night and I wasn’t even expecting to have one. I calle in the show to talk about it. It was pretty cool. I am looking forward to learning more about it. I know one question I have is sometimes when I dream I see myself like I am watching a movie and I see what I am doing with other people. Sometimes when I dream it feels like I am seeing everything through my eyes and I know I am in this dream and I know what I am doing but I don’t see myself, just like real life. To make a long story short, it’s not like a movie or a mirror. I am wondering if these types of dreams have to do with OBE’s/astral traveling or not.

That’s the kind of things I want to discuss in the forums Debbie. I know Swati has a lot of experience with OBE’s and how they feel. SO does Martin but he is so busy with other things, I don’t now how ofte he’ll be able to get on. I think dreams can be OBE’s. Dolores Canon sez our Soul travels when our body and mind sleep.

What happens during astral journey
envision this: After falling straight into deep sleep, you end up floating in the surroundings. You look around you and see your actual physical body at rest. The thought may possibly possibly be dead makes you shudder, and people scream. You wake way up, your hands clammy, and you also realize you’re back inside your bed. It was many a dream. Or seemed to be it?
There is any amount of things that can happen during an astral travel journey. You can go to other dimensions and study with the Masters, or just fly around your neighborhood. The possibilities are unlimited Manual!
Theresa, Swati that has posted has many of these kind of OBE’s but that was her goal. She sees herself sleeping in bed and walks around her house, and eventually started flying around her neighborhood. I have yet to fully master a waking OBE. Everyone of us leaves our body every night, we just don’t usually remember it.
