Andrew has been a writing fool and giving Martin songs left right and center! He’s gotten 6 just in the past few days! Not sure what Andrew has planned, but he wants this cd made! And NOW! Martin wants to have 15 songs on it. I am loving these songs!
The latest one is just beautiful! Andrew snook up on Martin with it. He took Martin this morning to a cliff in Ireland and they watched the sea. It looked similar to the white cliffs in Seaford England. Andrew asked Martin “What are the waves doing below Daddy.” Martin sez “They are crashing.” Andrew sez, “No, they are dreaming.” Martin: “Wow that would be a great song!” Andrew stands there with a sly grin on his face with his thumb and index finger under his chin going “Really?” Then it twigged with Martin, oh duh! He’s sneaking up on me with the songs now. LOL
Then Andrew did something that he would never do in front of anybody, he started singing the words to the song. Martin said his voice is so magnificent! I would catch Andrew humming or singing low sometimes in his room when listening to music with his head phones. He did have an incredible voice, but I couldn’t let him know I heard him or I wouldn’t catch him again!
So the latest song is called Dreaming Sea. I love the guitar music in it. Yes, he may put it up on youtube.
Martin is already designing the cd cover now. Elatia took a pic of Martin in Derry when we were in Ireland in Dec. That’s on the cover with Andrew’s pic in the top left hand corner over looking Derry. It’s very cool, Martin looks all cool & musicianie. Yes, I know that is not a word…..until now that is! :-)

Oh, that is just lovely. I am glad Andrew felt comfortable enough to sing in front of Martin. I look forward to hearing Martin singing the song. I loved the last one that Andrew and he wrote.
The guitar piece in this song is magickal to me. Martin is recording and will have them up somewhere. They are a rough cut on a 4 track recorder but better than a webcam! :-) I will be posting the link as soon as they are up. Martin is hoping to be able to get into a recording studio as soon as the songs are done and really get them sounding big w/other instruments.
Well, I know Martin has it in him to be the next Bonno. LOL, then we might make use of that photo you guys made. Would be great for the tabloids don’t you think? LOL
Well, if the rest of the songs are anything like the first one its a guaranteed Hit of an album. I can’t wait to hear the rest of them. But I want first dibbs on being Martin’s manager. I’ll make sure you guys get paid as much as you are worthy of… Which is billions!!

The 2 songs are sounding awesome just with the acoustic guitar. I’m pressing Martin to get them up asap!

Thanks Jane! Considering Martin only has a 4 track recorder & a guitar I think it came out pretty good! It just proves that he would sound good on VH1’s Unplugged!! :-D
Oh My Stars….this is so wonderful to hear. My God, I was so there, watching from the cliffside and seeing the waves “dreaming” to the shoreline. I am chilled and I know that this CD will be extremely powerful and well worth the wait…Please put my name on the pre-order list ok? ;-)

I found myself humming a song to myself today and smiled when I realised it was ‘Only love is real’. That’s a sign of a good song, in my book.
I love both song’s but, Dreaming Sea really touch a “chord ” with me. I had to listen to it several times. The first time was hard-made me cry-
“and I watch you trying to make the thoughts of missing go away. Stop a while & think of me” Oh, my. It is magical, it effected me on many levels.
Look forward to purchasing the CD when it’s ready.

I love, Love, LOVE the ocean! When my hubby, Ken, and I were in Ireland, we stayed in Doolin, Co Clare. Everynight, we went down to the pier – where the boats for the Aran Islands and the Cliffs of Mohr tours left from. We’d make our way to the farthest point that we could and just sit for an hour or more watching the waves (my Guide told me that this has always been one of my favorite past times!).
So yeah – I just love the visual that goes along with that song! Very Beautiful!
Put me on the preorder list, too. You have so many things to use for media and speaking tours: the music and meditation CDs, the comedy duo (or solo) acts, the books. There are a variety of venues you could market to. Get going! We need to manifest an agent or event planner. Hmmm. I came across one, I think. Might not be in your budget now, though. I’ll get back to you, Connie.
That CD could be sold as portion of proceeds going to … whichever of the help for ICU patients and families you want…

I have done all I can to get myself out there Leo, we need a pro now to help us now. I just don’t have the energy to beg anymore. We need promoter, manager, booker, someone who earns a %% of our gigs. I have venues I can contact but I can’t promote it, not my specialty, I know I’ve tried. SO yea, let me know if you know of anyone. I know we are VERY marketable!!! I’m chomping at the bit to get out there!!!! We are a gold mine waiting to happen!

Dreaming Sea is a very magical soul stirring song. I had an amazing experience while listening to it. Can’t wait to have the CD!

There were propped up before but now they are on the wall W/ John Lennon and the signs Believe and Imagine Karen Anderson sent for Muck. Wes has been helping me “do up” Andrew’s room.
