RELAY FOR LIFE!

As I have been unpacking I am finding a lot of cool stuff. One being my old biz card holder with Andrew’s home school tutor’s info in it. It was funny because when I told him I found him a tutor he was not amused! Even tho I told him he would love her, he didn’t want to hear it!

Well, he loved her! Jennifer did so much for him. They always had a good time during his lessons. So I had to give her the sad news of my Muck. It’s so hard for me to deliver the news. It makes it too real again. I cry every time I have to do it. She is devastated as well. She adores Andrew.

Come to find out she has been doing the Relay For Life (r) run to raise money for the Cancer Society, who gave $1,000 to Andrew’s service. She has raised $3,000 in her last 2 runs. Now she has one April 18 & 19. We will join her for the first lap as it is dedicated to the survivors and the memory of those who passed from this shit ass, f**king disease. *breathe, breathe, breathe, Connie* SOOOO we will all be wearing our “Glan Croi, It’s All Good” t-shirts!!

This year, I’m taking a personal role in the fight against cancer by participating in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life®. I’m volunteering as a member of a team that’s raising money for the fight against cancer, and I need your help.

It’s heart breaking to think that more than one million people will be diagnosed with cancer this year. Somebody close to us may be one of them. That’s why I’m asking everyone I can to help support my Relay For Life efforts and the American Cancer Society’s important work. The Society works hard every day to prevent cancer and save lives through groundbreaking research, public education, and better laws that protect people from cancer and they help people who are diagnosed with cancer right here in our own community.
