I was dreading 2008, I knew it would SUCK, it being our first year w/o Andrew physically here. I didn’t want 2007 to end even though it was such a rough year, even though it was the year Andrew ascended, we still had Andrew here 10 months of 2007, even though 4 months of it was in the hospital, he was still here.
But 2009?? I can wait! I made it through the first year w/o Andrew physically here. I always have to add physically because he is still with us, he hasn’t left, other than physically. Yes it’s huge that he physically left but now it is forcing me not to get too caught up in the 3rd dimension BS and focus on my Higher Self and higher vibrations. Plus I’ve planted a lot of seeds that are ready to sprout in 2009, what’s not to look forward to? :-) I know that my relationship with Andrew will evolve into something even more powerful than we had when he was physically here, (hard to believe because our connection was so strong here) as I raise my vibration to meet his.
Sooooo what I am going to start on the forums is an affirmations thread. I’m not a resolutions kind of gal, but an affirmations one instead. Affirmations are much more powerful. Even in the astral travel exercise book they mention how important affirmations are. So we can share our fav affirmations on the thread and support one another to keep up our personal affirmations. I think we have a higher chance of success if we support one another IMHO. I’ll put up some of my fav affirmations that I’ve come across through the years that are for everyone.
I’d like to do this as a research sort of thing that for a certain amount of time we are DILIGENT about saying our affirmations and we report back our results. I want to see the difference between when we are diligent with our affirmations together than the way it has been in the past when we did it on our own.

For affirmations, I’ve been working with Emile Coue’s old standard lately. “Every day in every way, I am getting better and better.”

Sedona was beautiful Connie, but I didn’t feel any special energy vortex or anything. hahahahaha!!! Jen and I had a GREAT time laughing about it. I felt more energy at her home. Her house is actually built in layers over a granite and quartz mountain. That’s where the OBE happened. Man…I so didn’t want it to happen. So I didn’t really to do anything about it. I was up and around in the bedroom, trying all the time to get back in the body and go to sleep. LOL!!! I don’t like doing it when I am alone…had told you about my illogical fears. Dana I wish you had gone with me…that way I wouldn’t have been scared…for some reason if I have someone in the room with me, its all ok, most of the time.

For me Swati, I didn’t experience any great vortex stuff. For me it was just the beauty of it all. I live in FLAT FLAT FLAT land. The closest we get to even a hill around here is a landfill! :-D So to see those majestic red mountains and to climb one and take in the view from there was definitely magickal to me! The view from even laying in our bed was amazing! The weather was fab. I get so tired of the hot humid weather that a break from it feels like heaven to me.
I dunno Swati, 47 Earth years is middle aged…but sure, I am a lot older than that in Universal years! :-D BTW I am loving the Angel Eyes book. It is validating all the things we have always known and what Andrew has been telling us. I am excited about the endless possibilities once I master this AT thingy.

I won’t be there for the call…sigh its no use trying to listen to radio/phone. Last time I tried it, I was telling Martin, “Ok, speak now! No no no!! Don’t speak. Baby screameth!!…Ok, now speak….. Connie, yes, that’s what I thought too…Sedona was beautiful. Although, I am used to mountains and hills, so I guess it wasn’t as spectacular for me as it was for you, but it was beautiful. Most of all, it was great to be with a friend and just enjoy the vacation…no matter where I went.
Isn’t that Angel Eyes book really amazing?? When I read it, I was like — I WANT TO DO ALL THAT NOW!!!! LOL!! Its really something. I have the Gateway Experience CD set too…but like I said before I can never decide what to do first, I haven’t done anything as yet. For now I am going to be focusing on the 90 day thingy with you guys and use the Journeys Out of Body CD set with it. Eventually I want to go to the Monroe Institute and experience the workshops there. Someday! :-D

I had enough energy to listen to the radio show last night and that was it. By the time I got into bed, I was asleep within minutes. I’ll read chapter one today and do some meditations, etc. PS – the cd’s may have arrived yesterday Swati! I didn’t have a time to go over my mail thoroughly, but there was a suspicious package on my dresser ;)
I’ve been reading and working on relaxation & quieting my mind but haven’t officially been working on the 90 day stuff yet. It will be easier when Wes goes home on Sunday. I am getting “symptoms” of OBE’s
