Martin, Merlin, myself and apparently Andrew did a 7-11 run. I wasn’t dressed to be out in public. I just wearing a t-shirt and pj bottoms so I was staying in the car with Merlin.
Merlin gets so excited about going for car rides. He hops around like he has springs on the bottom of his feet looking like he’d say if he could “Take Me! Take Me! Take Me!” So we took him. When we pick him up he grunts away as if to say “You better not leave me here!”
So Merlin and I patiently wait in the car as Martin gets his 2 2liters of Mountain Dew and Dr Pepper. Merlin is hanging out the window taking in the great outdoors. Martin gets back to car and greets me with a single red rose! He said it was from Andrew. Andrew insisted he buy it for me. I reminded him how he got me a single rose from Andrew at 7-11 a few days after Andrew had crossed. I also reminded him how thoughtful with Valentine’s Day being tomorrow. Martin then says, “Oh that’s right, it’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow.” Martin didn’t even remember it was Valentine’s Day! BUT my Muck did!! He remembered his Pretty Mama!
As an added bonus/gift, the fairy light was on this morning. It hasn’t been on since Tuesday!
